Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) works exclusively to serve people who have recently returned home from incarceration, the majority of whom are on probation or parole. This comprehensive employment and training services help individuals connect to a job and career. CEO exists to create greater opportunities for people who face multiple barriers to economic success. CEO Louisville launched in August 2019 with support from the Kentucky Department of Corrections and a 3-month pilot work crew services partnership with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
