Level #1 (80 hrs):
Basic SMAW Welding (“stick welding”). This course covers shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) or “stick” welding. The course gives basic training on techniques and knowledge about SMAW and also includes the use of oxyacetylene flame cutting. The program includes basic blue print reading.


Level #2 (80 hrs):
Basic GMAW Welding (“Mig welding”). This course covers welding in the flat, horizontal and vertical positions with SMAW and with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) or “mig” welding. The program includes basic blue print reading.


Level #3 (80 hrs):
GTAW or “Tig” welding of carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The program includes basic blue print reading.

Level #4 Combination of Levels #1 and #2 (160hrs):
Both Level 1 (SMAW) & Level 2 (GMAW). This program consists of all material presented in Level 1

Level #5 (90 hrs):
SPECIAL CLASS - Advanced GTAW.

Level #6 (80 hrs):
SPECIAL CLASS - Advanced SMAW.
